The spacious maisonette is 150 sq. m., consists of two floors and accommodates up to 8 guests. Each level offers an independent apartment with a private entrance. Guests will be having access to both apartments, regardless of the number of people booking the accommodation.
The ground floor apartment has a comfortable living area and a modern kitchen with dining table, from where you can admire the views of the pool and the sea. Four guests can sleep in two bedrooms. One has been decorated with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and the other with two single beds that can be joined together and a bathroom with shower. From the two rooms there is access to a balcony overlooking the surrounding area. An additional bathroom with shower is available to all guests of the ground floor.
The first floor apartment contains a cozy living room connected to the kitchen area, which is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. From this part of the house you will adore the magnificent views of the sea. Two more bedrooms can be found at this level. The first of them provides a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a balcony overlooking the sea. The second is at the back of the apartment and offers a double bed, a bathroom with shower, as well as a balcony with views of the surrounding area.
The luxurious infinity pool comes along with a hydromassage function and is open all day for refreshing dips. It has been decorated with comfortable sun loungers and parasols, creating the ideal atmosphere for relaxation. The beach spreads before you, and in just a few steps you will have the chance to swim in the clear and shallow waters of the area. The outdoor space also offers a built barbecue and a shaded parking area.
